In other news…

I'm flying to Australia next week. 

Which sounds very calm and normal when I type it out like that, but internally I am absolutely overwhelmed with excitement and anxiety. This is the longest flight I have ever taken in my life, and I genuinely don't know what I'm going to do with myself.

I need your help! 

Any long-haul flight tips? Like is there a trick to actually sleeping on a plane, because I feel like that's going to be my best option to get to the other side without a mental breakdown?
