Lessons in Cruelty's
“Chaotic Conclusion”

I'm supposed to have started work on my next series, where I'm returning to Cinderhart, but I'm still stuck in a major book hangover. 

Haven, Kai, and Bastian really took it out of me. I'm now in the process of refilling my well so I can get started on a new series. 

What really surprised me were the responses to Deputy Thatcher. I brought him into Agony Hollow's world because I needed a cop, and last I checked, he was making a nuisance of himself over in Cinderhart (IYKYK). So I had him transferred to an even smaller town as punishment, lol. 

But now I'm getting questions like: What's happening to Thatcher? Will we see him again? When's his book coming? 

So…question: 

Would you like a short story/novella from Thatcher's point of view? Not necessarily about the events in the book (although that might be a good starting point) but more like just spending a few juicy chapters in our smart-but-humble-but-damaged deputy's mind?

If I was to write something like this, what would you like to see happen? Something steamy? Something dark? Something twisty? (all three???)

I'd love to hear your thoughts…and if there's enough interest, I might even put out a free story featuring everyone's favorite busy body! 

In the meantime, I'll try share some of my creative pursuits in the coming weeks as I try to fill up my creative well in preparation for return to Cinderhart!
